About Me

The Art of Service: A Legacy of Excellence

My professional journey began long before I earned my first certification—it started in the home of my mother, a woman of extraordinary vision and industry. Growing up, I watched her master the intricate details of bridal couture, fashioning everything from wedding gowns to bespoke headpieces, while simultaneously managing a thriving culinary and event-planning empire. She taught me that true entrepreneurship is not about doing one thing; it is about serving the community with skill, versatility, and uncompromising dedication.

As I came of age, I became her primary partner. I worked alongside her in every facet of her businesses—from the kitchen and the production lines to the bridal shop and the vocational school. I took on the responsibility of maintaining her operations during her times of illness, and when she eventually left Nigeria to reside permanently with my elder brother, I stepped in to manage the businesses, ensuring her legacy remained strong. Those years were my most rigorous "on-the-job" training, teaching me that business is built on reliability, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to the work.

Inspired by her drive and the responsibility I held, I committed myself to carrying that legacy forward while expanding it through a global lens. My professional foundation is built on a blend of that hands-on tradition and rigorous, international technical training:

  • Culinary & Hospitality Mastery: I honed my craft at the Nigerian Opportunities Industrialization Centre before refining my techniques at the Gastronomicom International School in France, where I immersed myself in the demanding world of French gastronomy. I further solidified my management expertise through the Académie Internationale de Management in Paris, gaining a sophisticated understanding of hotel and restaurant operations.

  • Operational & Educational Expertise: Beyond the kitchen, I have pursued a diverse academic path, including teacher training at the National Teacher’s Institute and a two-year program in computer programming at UNAAB. This technical background allows me to merge creative hospitality with modern, data-driven business management.

  • Standards & Compliance: In my various professional roles, I have undergone extensive training in food production, preservation, and high-level health and safety standards (Hygiène), ensuring that excellence is paired with the highest standards of safety and care.

Today, I stand at the intersection of my heritage and my future. I am a professional cook and Baker, an entrepreneur, and an educator, dedicated to creating experiences that combine the warmth of traditional Nigerian hospitality with the technical precision of European culinary arts.

My goal is to translate this lifetime of learning—from my mother’s side and through my own global experiences—into a business that honors my roots, serves my community with integrity, and brings a unique, multicultural perspective to the world of hospitality and entrepreneurship.
