2. Purpose and Scope

These Terms of Sale govern all transactions concluded on the Magsmarts website. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms in full. We reserve the right to modify these terms; however, the terms applicable to your order are those in effect at the time of purchase.

3. Products and Pricing

Characteristics: Every effort is made to describe products accurately. However, essential characteristics are provided based on supplier data.

Prices: Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are calculated and added before final validation.

International: For orders outside the EU, the customer is the importer and is responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.

4. Ordering and Validation

In accordance with the "Double-Click" law in France:

The customer selects products and reviews the basket.

The customer confirms the order and accepts these CGV.

Magsmarts sends an immediate confirmation email. The sale is final only after this confirmation.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. Transactions are secured via Shopify Payments.

6. Delivery (Shipping Policy)

Processing: 3 business days.

Timeframe: 10 to 30 days depending on location.

Late Delivery: Under Art. L216-2, if the product is not delivered within 30 days of the order (or the agreed-upon date), the customer may cancel the contract by registered letter and receive a full refund within 14 days.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Droit de Rétractation)

In accordance with Art. L221-18, the customer has 14 days from the receipt of the goods to change their mind without justification.

Returns: Goods must be returned in original condition within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: We will refund the full amount (including standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.

8. Legal Warranties (Garanties Légales)

All products benefit from:

Legal Warranty of Conformity (Art. L217-4): Covers defects existing at the time of delivery for 2 years.

Warranty against Hidden Defects (Art. 1641 of Civil Code): Covers hidden defects that make the product unfit for use.

9. Personal Data (GDPR)

Magsmarts collects data only to process orders. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data by contacting

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please contact our customer service first. If no solution is found, French law requires us to offer access to a Consumer Mediator. Please contact us at: magsmartsy1@gmail.com.
