1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3.1 International Shipping Methods

We ship to most countries globally using reliable international carriers. Our primary methods include:

Standard International Shipping: Reliable postal networks with end- to-end tracking where available.

Express International: Faster transit times via premium couriers (available for select regions).

3.2 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Magsmarts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to reach every customer, certain geographical and regulatory restrictions apply:

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses for international orders.

Batteries & Electronics: Some countries have strict regulations regarding lithium batteries. If your Magsmarts product contains a battery, delivery may be restricted in regions such as Saudi Arabia, Brazil, or certain parts of China.

5. How To Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

Magsmarts is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will assist you in resolving any shipping issues in accordance with applicable French and EU consumer law
